Unlike other venues, we offer flexible vendor policies, allowing you to bring in the caterers, florists, and creative professionals that best fit your style. Want to supply your own alcohol? Our client-supplied alcohol policy lets you customize your beverage experience while keeping costs manageable.
Our Wedding Rental Package is completely inclusive of all in-house furniture & linens! We have the following inventory available to you, and our team will work with you to design a custom room design, and provide the venue set-up to match your final layout!

Absolutely, we have some fantastic recommendations on unique layouts to accommodate both the ceremony and the reception. We also offer the option to re-set/flip the space during cocktail hour!
We are happy to accommodate a rehearsal and/or walkthrough as our calendar allows. Rehearsal time is contracted at $250 per hour, as our calendar allows. Please note we cannot guarantee specific rehearsal timing at contract signing, as our calendar is subject to change as new events are added.
We have a list of vendors that we are thrilled to recommend. These vendors have worked in the space many times, and we can personally speak to their level of professionalism, service, and product!
While we highly recommend these vendors, you are welcome to work with vendors of your choosing. Please note that our preferred catering partners charge a 10% catering fee on food costs. Outside caterers are subject to a 15% catering fee.

Our BYOB policy eliminates markups on alcohol, giving you more control over your wedding budget.
Our in-house bartenders will expertly serve the beer, wine, and spirits you provide, ensuring a seamless and professionally managed bar service. We offer a range of bartending packages that include service, personalized shopping and glassware options!
We have one beautifully furnished and spacious get-ready room that is yours to use the day of the event for getting ready or for some lovely photos.
There is elevator access through the private, rear entrance through which venue staff can escort guests.
Yes, they must be enclosed in glass and located a safe distance from all flammable materials. Sterno or other flame warmers may be used with chafing dishes.
Our event and vendor insurance policies protect The Spot on West Fifth and the vendors, but not you. To protect you in the same way on your event day, we require that you purchase “Day of Event” liability insurance. The insurance is available from your insurance agent or on the web for a nominal fee, approximately $150.
Your certificate is required by 30 days before your event. Exact requirements can be found in the Rental Agreement.
Apologies. Our office is off-site and the building is locked when not in use. If an event is being set-up or is in progress, please do not enter the building. Reach out and we'd be happy to schedule a time to meet with you.
We are able to hold a date Pending on our public calendar for 1 week at no cost.
By the end of that week, we require a signed rental agreement along with a deposit in the amount of half of the rental rate to confirm the booking.
